We are pleased to share the Ujima Fund's next opportunities for investment: Boston While Black & Boston Neighborhood Community Land Trust.
The Ujima Fund Management Team has proposed an equity investment of $300,000 for a duration of 5 years in Boston While Black, and a $150,000 follow-on investment over 10 years at 5% interest in Boston Neighborhood Community Land Trust's new semi-permanent loan fund.
