Arts & Cultural Organizing
Micro-Learning Pod
About
The Ujima Arts and Cultural Organizing member-led group offers community members a chance to enhance their creative skills.
The Micro-Learning Pod is an arts and culture workshop centered around a specific theme, facilitated by a member of the Ujima community. These workshops consist of a series of at least three sessions, held once a month on Wednesday nights.
This group follows a quarterly learning rotation, inviting artists and culture-makers to share their work, inspirations, and technical expertise. Past facilitators have included painters Shantel Miller and Tomashi Jackson, filmmaker Mercedes Loving-Manly, and many more.
