The UGBA Welcomes Nuba Cafe to UGBA

The Boston Ujima Project Inc. is excited to welcome the Nuba Cafe to the Ujima Good Business Alliance (UGBA).

Nuba is a gathering place where the community comes together to celebrate connection and the flavors of the African diaspora, inspired by the love and flavors of our umis and aunties.

They are led by a team of Black muslim entrepreneurs, connected deeply to other BIPOC-owned food businesses in Boston, and fighting for spatial and food justice in our City. Expanding from Nubian Markets flagship location in Roxbury, Nuba by Nubian Markets holds strong to the core of Community Connection, Cultural Celebration, Food as Medicine, and Economic Justice. Nuba is working tirelessly to increase wealth for our communities, celebrate our cultures, and provide spaces for our long-underinvested community to gather and connect.

Join us in welcoming Nuba Cafe to the UGBA!
